NES Classic.

While Nintendo may not be launching the NX this year the Mario factory will be releasing new-ish hardware come November 11th in the form of a scaled down NES.
A palm sized one in fact, HDMI equipped and pre-loaded with 30 of the best NES titles ever. A single controller will also come bundled with the console which itself is compatible with both Wii & Wii U Virtual Console games. The Nintendo Classic Mini will be priced at £49.99 or $59.99 depending on where you live.

  1. I’ve got mixed feelings about this console : HDMI is a good thing, 30 great games, but Wii connectors instead of NES connectors is a poor attempt to make easy money…

    1. I think its a neat little idea but I would have liked some way to add more games. The NES has so many under rated classics like Duck Tales, Rygar and Vice after all and it would been nice to play a few of them too.

  2. I like that the controller also works with virtual console games. See, even when I know they’re just cashing in on nostalgia, Nintendo still does it in a way that doesn’t bother me.
