Xbox One Launching Soon.

For many a gamer the XBox One has been widely available to purchase since late last year when the console launched in some 13 countries around the world, a further 26 were skipped however and up until yesterday it was uncertain as to when exactly Microsoft would get around to them. We know now however that gamers in Argentina, Belgium, Chile,Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates will all get their own chances the buy an XOne from September this year, and while that’s good news for the regions listed above, no question, it must be asked why is it taking Microsoft a little under a year to launch the XOne in 39 markets when Sony have already launched the PS4 in 57?

  1. September? Ouch. I thought those other regions would get the system a few months later. They are practically surrendering the market to Sony in those countries.

  2. Microsoft have indeed missed a chance here but that’s of little surprise, they’ve been mishandling the XOne since it was launched and Sony have been quick to jump on each of these failings.
