Sticking With Street Fighter 4.

With the XBox One and PS4 fast approaching gamers the world over are eagerly awaiting new game announcements while simultaneously hoping to see the return of some of their favourites. If however one of the games keeping your fingers crossed for happens to be Street Fighter 5 you might unfortunately be waiting a long time. Producer Yoshinori Ono has revealed in response to a fan’s claim that Capcom was secretly working on the game, that no next gen Street Fighter is yet in the works.
“I don’t have R&D budget or staff, they’re only making USF4. Are you secretly working on a SF V for next gen?”
Following Mr. Ono’s comments Capcom came out to back up their producer’s claim regarding Street Fighter 5 and confirmed that, although there was no new Street Fighter title planned yet, a new version of Street Fighter 4 dubbed Ultra, featuring five new characters (Rolento, Poison, Hugo, Elena) and six stages was in the works and will be released later this year on the PC, PS3 and 360 both physical and digital.

  1. This is hands down the best SF game released to date. Seeing it get more balanced tweaks and 5 new characters is always good news, and the $40 price tag if you don’t already own it is worth every penny.
